Prosus is a Dutch multinational conglomerate company headquartered in Amsterdam. It is majority-owned (56.92%) by the South African Naspers group and holds a portfolio of international Internet firms, making it the largest consumer Internet company in Europe, and among the largest technology investors in the world.
2019–present [ ] Prosus was created on 11 September 2019 as the international internet assets division of Naspers , and listed on Euronext Amsterdam as well as the Johannesburg Stock Exchange .
