Prva World was launched on 19 December 2016. Contrary to its name, it is not an international version of its parent channel Prva, as it normally broadcasts television series and dramas, mostly Turkish ones.
The channel's jingle used in the ident was essentially just a remix of the 2015 Prva ident theme, with an ascending series of harp plucks being added into the jingle.
