A Q symbol in line with sister store Loblaws’ logo was added in 1983. On 6 May 1997, Tesco acquired Quinnsworth and Crazy Prices. The chains were rebranded as Tesco Ireland over the next few years. Advertising still carried the old brands until 1999/2000.
