An alternate "RC" monogram mark was used on vacuum tubes and smaller assemblies.

RCA 1922

RCA Records used a similar logo from 1987 until 2015, when they switched back to the 1968 logo.

It was still used for RCA Photophone until 1979.

In 1987, General Electric bought RCA, effectively breaking up and dissolving the company. Two years later, Thomson SA (later Technicolor, now Vantiva), bought the brand and used it as its flagship consumer electronics brand in North America. In 2022, Technicolor SA sold the RCA trademarks to brand licensing company Talisman Brands, Inc., doing business as Established Incorporated.
