RTL Hrvatska is one of the biggest television broadcasters in Croatia, operating several TV channels and the Play video-on-demand service. Its main competitors are the Nova TV network, owned by United Group, and the Croatian public broadcaster HRT.
On 1 June 2022, RTL Hrvatska was sold to Central European Media Enterprises (owned by PPF Group), the former owner of Nova TV. The RTL brand will initially be retained for at least a few years.
