RTP Memória was launched on 6 December 2004 (also using the RTP logo, noting that the colors are light grey blue).

2015–present

Launched:  October 18, 2015

In 18 October 2015, RTP Memória was rebranded. The new logo was launched at 10:00 PM with the slogan "Traz p'rá frente". The logo color is grey.
