RTS 3 (scarcely referred on-air to as Трећи програм РТС-а/Treći program RTS-a) is the third main television channel of Radio Television of Serbia that primarily broadcasts programming devoted to culture and arts - yet it also broadcasts selected programs that does not fall under those genres, such as a variant of Dnevnik with sign language, and reruns of some shows. On-air, unlike RTS 1 and RTS 2, it is mostly not referred to by any name other than the one seen on the logo itself.
