It is owned by the Grupo RPP, a conglomerate of the Delgado Nachtigall family and is another of the group's radios with national reach.
The first logo of this radio station were two trapezoids, one in lemon yellow and the other in orange, both with rounded tips and black edges and with light shading inside them.
Above the yellow trapezoid are the letters "RADIO" in retro Roman typeface, below the word "Felicidad" in a retro style white font outlined in black and shaded, and on the orange trapezoid the frequency number (88.9 FM) in Helvetica Condensed Semibold typography.
In January 2011 a modification was made to the logo, the edges become silver and bevelled, the colors of the trapezoids more vivid, the name of the radio shaded and the frequency number with new typography.
In November 2013 the radio changed its logo for the first time since its launch.
The parallelograms are removed, making the name of the radio (Felicidad) right and change the color of the inside of the letters from white to light green and the word "radio" is lowercase and with the font changed and the frequency number it only appears in radio advertising.
