On July 3rd 2016 RSN was rebranded into Life Zvuk. The name was revived in 2017 on Radio Izvestia and can be heard in jingles and bumpers.

Life Zvuk originally had its own programming, but, due to the financial problems of the Life channel and radio branches, it started broadcasting only the sound from the Life channel on January 10th 2017.
The radio station was closed on the same day as its sister TV channel, August 14th 2017.

Later in August, the radio station was relaunched under Izvestia's name. The format of the radio station is similar to its predecessor, only the sound of its sister channel with jingles and bumpers from RSN.
