The official reveal of this logo was originally scheduled for the day of television of Montenegro (November 27, 2023), but it was postponed after accusations of similarity with the logo of Google OR-Tools, after which the logo was modified.[1]

On March 12, 2024, RTCG's CEO Boris Raonić announced the new look would be launched on April 2.[2] The logo was soft-launched on cars property of the broadcaster as well as atop the headquarters. An accompanying teaser was also made, involving the four colored triangles of the logo being placed next to each other by a robot.[3]
