On 18 May 2010, when Rai rebranded all its channels, the RaiSat brand was extinguished and RaiSat Extra was renamed as Rai Extra. Rai Extra's logo followed the styles of its sister channels, dropping the RaiSat logo and maintaining the same color of the previous logo.
Rai 5[]
2010–2017[]
Rai Extra was replaced by Rai 5 (pronounced Rai Cinque). The logo of this new channel followed the logo styles of Rai's flagship channels Rai 1, Rai 2, Rai 3 and Rai 4, as Rai 5 was also promoted to becoming part of these ones, though its mostly cultural and lifestyle programming lineup differed in comparison to the generalist programming of the four channels.
2017–present[]
Following on from the rebrand of Rai's main 4 channels, Rai 5 along with Rai's other thematic channels were finally rebranded to match that of Rai 1, 2, 3 and 4 on the 10th April 2017. Rai 5 ditched their orange color in favour of olive green and their idents feature animations representing different genres of art programming shown on Rai 5.
