2007–2014[]
Rainmaker Income Fund announced on August 29, 2006, that RNK Capital Limited Partnership would acquire the 38% of shares it didn't own by merging with Rainmaker Income Fund. After the merger, Rainmaker announced on January 31, 2007 that Mainframe Entertainment's name would be changed to Rainmaker Entertainment. The logo below was only used/sandwiched in the credits of audiovisual productions and not after.

On October 25, 2016, Rainmaker acquired American-based Frederator Networks, Inc. and Erzin-Hirsh Entertainment. announced that they have consolidated its divisions (alongside Frederator) under its new holding company: WOW! Unlimited Media, Inc. At that time, the company changed its name of its Vancouver division to Mainframe Studios.
In 2020, the Rainmaker Studios name was discontinued, with the company transferring over to Mainframe Studios
