This was the successor to Bell & Howell Video Systems, established after The Rank Organisation acquired B&H's videocassette duplication services unit. In the late 1990s, Rank Video Services America was acquired by Deluxe Laboratories and became "Deluxe Video Services" (or "Deluxe Digital Studios" for DVD and Blu-ray releases).
