Realitatea Plus is a Romanian news channel. It was originally launched on January 16, 2015, but several trademarks containing it were registered before that date. On October 30, 2019, Realitatea Plus replaced the frequencies of Realitatea TV, after Realitatea TV ceased broadcasting due to Realitatea Media SA filing for bankruptcy.

Realitatea +

2008 (unused)

In 2008, a trademark for Realitatea Plus was filed under the name "Realitatea +". However, due to its extremely early nature, it went unused. Alongside this logo, a trademark with the name being "V V V" was also filed months prior, indicating that Realitatea + wasn't the first planned name for the channel.^[1]

For unknown reasons, another Realitatea Plus trademark was filed in 2019 accidentally using this prototype logo.

In 2012, another Realitatea + trademark was filed, this time being under the name "Realitatea Plus". Even though it was still filed 3 years before the channel's launch, it actually contains the finalized logo.

Realitatea Plus was launched on January 16, 2015.

2019

After the closure of Realitatea TV on October 30, 2019, Realitatea Plus received a new logo on the same day. It is the same as the 2006 Realitatea TV logo, but with a red "PLUS" text below the logo.
