Reddit Public Access Network (RPAN for short) was an experiment by Reddit, it was a live streaming service based on late 80's-early 90's TV, it would only run from 9AM-5PM PT, like a TV block. RPAN was only an experiment and only lasted 4 days (August 19 2019-August 23 2019), people wanted RPAN to keep running, but the Reddit admins did not keep the service
