According to some early posters, the Greatest Show on Earth's globe logo was first used in 1925. This iconic logo was continuously used until the last show of the 130th Edition, "Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus Presents Sara and the Tigers", on November 18, 2001. Strangely, the red unit elephant headdress was still used in the 131st Edition until November 2002.

A new logo was unveiled on November 15, 2000 under the design firm of Big Blue Dot to simplify the original 1925 globe for the turn of the millennium, eventually coming into full force on January 22, 2001 in New York City with the 131st Edition, "Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus Presents Bo and Bello". In 2017, Ringling Bros. and Barnum and Bailey Circus concluded its tour with their last circus shows "Ringling Bros. and Barnum Bailey Circus Presents Circus XTREME", and "Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus Presents Out Of This World", thus concluding the entire circus, altogether.
