On January 1, 2000, the dawn of the millennium made San Miguel Brewery adopt a new logo for Royal Tru-Orange. At the time, it still co-existed with Fanta in the Philippines.

Despite being acquired by The Coca-Cola Company in 2007, the old logo was still in use until 2012, when all the Fanta flavors were replaced by Royal.

In 2007, all beverages owned by the San Miguel Brewery were acquired by The Coca-Cola Company's Philippines unit, making Royal Tru the Filipino counterpart of Coca-Cola's own Fanta brand.

In 2014, Royal received a new logo based on Fanta's logo.

Royal received a new logo again on October 8, 2017, following Fanta's redesign.

On February 2, 2024, Royal Tru-Orange Zero Sugar started being sold in markets again and marked the introduction of a new logo, based on Fanta's design from months prior.

This logo would officially launch in June 2025 with the re-introduction of Royal Tru-Strawberry. It started rolling out with the rest of the flavors in the following month.
