Surya Citra Televisi (abbreviated as SCTV) is the second oldest private television in Indonesia after RCTI and the third oldest television in Indonesia. SCTV is also one of biggest television network in Indonesia launched on August 24, 1990. It is owned by Emtek, through its subsidiary Surya Citra Media.
1990–2005
1990–1993

SCTV, initially named Surabaya Centra Televisi, was formed as a local television station in Surabaya and several East Java cities (Bojonegoro, Sidoarjo, Gresik) by Bimantara Citra (now Global Mediacom) to relay RCTI programmes on August 24, 1990.
In 1991, SCTV expanded its coverage to Bali and its name became Surya Citra Televisi.
1990–2003
This logo had appeared in idents around 1990 and 1991 and fully introduced on August 24, 1993, when SCTV began to air nationwide together with RCTI and moved its headquarters from Surabaya to Jakarta. In the mid-1990s, SCTV began to produce its own shows, hence it's no longer received programmes from RCTI with the exception of news programme until 1996 when SCTV created Liputan 6.
2003–2005

On August 1, 2003, the logo was modified and the wordmark had slightly lighter than the previous one. This logo was applied on-air and on promotions and was short lived.
2005–present
On January 29, 2005, SCTV changed its logo for the first time in 14 years and changed its slogan to Satu Untuk Semua (One For All in Indonesian).
