On August 1, 2003, the logo was modified and the wordmark had slightly lighter than the previous one. This logo was applied on-air and on certain promotions. However, the logo was short-lived as it only lasted for three years.

On January 29, 2005, SCTV overhauled its logo for the first time in 14 years by ditching the half-circle sun to the orange, full circle one, which is placed alongside the new blue wordmark.

It also introduces a new slogan, Satu Untuk Semua (One For All in Indonesian).
