SME Branding, formerly Sean Michael Edwards Design, was a New York-based design firm founded in 1988 by Ed O'Hara and Greg Economou. Shortly after becoming SME Power Branding, the firm was acquired in November 1999 by sports entertainment group SFX Entertainment. It split from SFX around 2002, and remained independent until being acquired by Mogo (now EDGE Powered by Learfield) in 2021.
