SM Supermarket first opened as SM Supermarket Homecenter in 1985 at SM City North EDSA.

This logo was concurrently used with the 2010 logo until 2013.
2010 (unused)[]
In 2010, the original SM logo was redesigned and replaced. A version of the 'badge' symbol with the new logo was used during the first year of the new logo. However, SM opted for a heavily simplified and standardized rebranding, which included their supermarket. This deprecated the usage of the 'badge' logo shortly after turn of the new decade. This was used in some SaveMore branches.
