2015–2017

Variant with "with S Pen" wordmark (only used on 2015 Galaxy Tab A tablets with S Pen)

The initial tablets in this series were unveiled in March 2015, featuring a generic logo that didn't mention the screen sizes in the packaging. The following tablets used this logo variant:

• Galaxy Tab A 8.0 and variant with S Pen
• Galaxy Tab A 9.7 and variant with S Pen

2016–2018

Stacked variant with "with S Pen" wordmark instead of "6" (only used 2016 Galaxy Tab A tablets with S Pen)

For this release, the number 6 was added beside the logo to indicate the year when the tablet was released. The following tablets used this logo variant:

• Galaxy Tab A 7.0 (2016)
• Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) and variant with S Pen

2017–2019

For the 2017 release, only the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) used this logo variant.

2018–2020

For the 2018 release, Samsung Galaxy Tab A redesigned the logo, only the Galaxy Tab A 10.5 (2018) used this logo variant.

2019–2021

For the 2019 release, The following tablets used this logo variant:

• Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019)
• Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019)

2020–present

Since 2020, succeeding Samsung Galaxy Tab A models introduced their own logos.
