This was the first logo when RTVC created a website for the sound archive's library of Colombian National Radio and Radiónica (young-oriented public radio), this logo was on the website, and stay as the representative sign of the sound library until 2011.

Señal Memoria[]

RTVC changes its name to "Señal Colombia, Sistema de Medios Públicos", The "Fonoteca" gets a new name "Señal Memoria" (literally "Memories' Signal"), new logo, new color (from the blue to the green), and adopts the same logo as its sisters chains (Taking the exception in Señal Radiónica).
