In 2013, Seamless merged with Grubhub, and the combined company (Grubhub Seamless until 2014, Gruhbub Inc. since then) was purchased by Just Eat Takeaway.com in 2020.
2021–present[]
On July 29, 2021, Seamless and Grubhub adopted the orange house icon of its parent company and announced Seamless will transition its brand to the Grubhub brand over time.[1]
