Sesame Place was opened in 1980 by Busch Entertainment in partnership with the Children's Television Workshop. The original logo used a magenta border. Also, while it's worth noting that Big Bird's hands are visible in the print logo, they weren't on the actual sign.
This logo still appeared on the water tower nearby until it was demolished in 2023.
2014–2021[]
The letters in this logo are in the same font as the Sesame Street logo that's being used on the show. Also, three feathers are added to Big Bird's head.
