In 2008, all of ProSiebenSat.1 Media's free-to-air television activities, including ProSieben and Sat.1 were reorganized into a new group called German Free TV Holding.

In April 2010, the company was renamed to ProSiebenSat.1 TV Deutschland.
2010–2020[]
In June 2010, the logo had a minor change as N24 was sold the same month.
Seven.One Entertainment Group[]
2020–present[]
In mid-February 2020, ProSiebenSat.1 Media has announced a biggest restructuration by combining all of their entertainment business including the existing ProSiebenSat.1 TV Deutschland and direct-to-consumer service Joyn, as well as Seven One Media marketing platform and content productions into a single operation under Seven.One Entertainment Group brand umbrella.
Meanwhile, remaining ProSiebenSat.1 business such as Red Arrow Studios, NuCom Group and ParshipMeet Group will continue to operate separately. The rebrand was took effect on October 1, 2020.
