TNT-9 North-Eastern Tasmania began transmission on 26 May 1962. Translator stations were later setup at Wynard on VHF channel 5A, Lileah on VHF channel 6, St. Helens on VHF channel 7, Burnie on VHF channel 10, Smithton, South Launceston, St Mary's and Waratah on VHF channel 11, and East Devonport on UHF channel 51. In 1965, TNT-9 became a part of Examiner-Northern TV Ltd.

1976-1980
In 1976, TNT-9 adopted the Nine Network's dotty logo.
1980–1985
In 1980, the logo was modified, with nine stars in place of the signature nine dots and the callsign TNT changed to the Broadway typeface.
TasTV North
1985–1989
In 1985, both TVT-6 and TNT-9 are relaunched as TasTV.
Southern Cross Network
1989–1994
In March 1989, ENT Ltd. sells TNT-9 to Tricom Corporation (later Southern Cross Broadcasting) and was renamed Southern Cross Network.

1994–1999

1999–2005
2005–present
In 2008, Southern Cross Television ceases broadcasting content from Network Ten and becomes a sole Seven Network affiliate. This logo is still being used as a secondary logo for its news bulletins.
Seven Tasmania
2018–present
On 1 July 2018, the station is rebranded Seven Tasmania.
