Shmu FM (pronounced shmoo) is Aberdeen’s only (to date) full time community radio station.
Located in the Woodside area of Aberdeen, the station has established a new, free platform for communication for the most disadvantaged communities of north and central Aberdeen.
Shmu FM launched on 20 October 2007 having secured a five year Ofcom Community Radio Licence and broadcasts on 99.8 FM and online at shmufm.net
