Showcase was first launched as Showtime 3 in 1996.

1997–2001

In 1997, Showtime got a new logo in place with the 3 as the same network font in line with the other Showtime channels.

In 2001, Showtime 3 was rebranded as Showcase.

Although Showtime introduced standardized logos for its multiplex channels in August 2022, Showtime Showcase continues to use its 2001 logo as the channel’s on-screen bug.
