Singapore Press Holdings was a Singaporean organization who owned properties in the city-state, as well as aged care. Prior to 1 December 2021, Singapore Press Holdings owned a number of newspapers, radio stations and magazines, including the flagship English newspaper, The Straits Times. Currently its media businesses have been transferred to a new organization named SPH Media Trust.

Since the original SPH's takeover by Cuscaden Peak in 2022, it has been renamed Cuscaden Peak Investments.
