When Sky acquired Virgin Media's television channel, they said that they didn't intend to license the Virgin brand. As a result, the channel would have to be renamed.
On 5 August 2010, Living TV Group announced that Virgin 1 would be relaunched as Channel One on 3 September. Channel One closed down on 1 February 2011, one month after Bravo and Bravo 2 were closed, meaning that this logo was short-lived.
