2000–2009[]
By 2000, Sierra Mist had been launched to spin off Slice’s lemon-lime flavor under a new name, and in late 2005 most flavors were carried over to the new Tropicana Twister soda line. Distribution dwindled until the drink was no longer sold by 2009.
2018–2021[]
In December 2018, New Slice Ventures, LLC introduced a brand-new line of Slice-branded sparkling water and fruit juice beverages, using the trademark portfolio they had acquired from PepsiCo in the United States and Canada.
2022–2024[]
Black version
In late 2022, New Slice Ventures updated the drink, adding natural sweeteners allulose and monkfruit to the line's formulas. With this relaunch came a "retro-style" rebrand using an updated version of the 1984 logo.
2024-present[]
Upon announcement of the drink's acquisition by Suja Life and an upcoming second revival as a probiotic soda in May 2024, new packaging was unveiled that featured a revival of the 1984 logo. The drink launched in January 2025.
