Smart Axiata is a Cambodian mobile network operator owned by Axiata Group of Malaysia. Its main competitors are Metfone and Cellcard.
The company was created in 2013 in its current form when Hello Axiata merged with Smart Mobile and the Hello brand was phased out in favour of Smart.
