Sony Marathi is a Marathi-language general entertainment channel in India launched by Sony Pictures Networks India (SPN) on 19 August 2018. It competes with Zee Marathi, Star Pravah, Colors Marathi, as well as the free-to-air Sun Marathi and Fakt Marathi. It is SPN’s second regional-language channel, after Sony Aath, a Bengali movie channel.

The graphics package is influenced by traditional Maharashtrian motifs used on saris. A similar concept was implemented by Star Pravah in its rebrand in December 2019.
An HD feed was planned for many months since the launch,[1] but plans for launching Sony Marathi HD were ultimately cancelled on 14 October 2021.[2]
2022–present[]
All Sony channels rebranded on 24th October 2022 with new logos and graphics.
