Sony Sports Ten 4 Tamil is a Tamil language sports channel in India, owned by Sony Pictures Networks India. It was launched on 1 June 2021 as Sony Ten 4 in both SD and HD versions, before the start of UEFA Euro 2020 (also known as UEFA Euro 2021 amid the Coronavirus pandemic) and the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympic Games (also known as Tokyo 2021 Olympic Games, also amid the then-ongoing pandemic). It can be considered to be a replacement of Sony ESPN, which closed down on 30 March 2020.

Sony Sports Ten 4 channel has been rebranded as Sony Sports Ten 4 Tamil on 10 July 2025 and it's HD version has been converted into Sony Sports Ten 4 Telugu.
