From 2009 to 2011, Stallion FC used an oval crest with a black and white vertical bands. A rampaging horse superimposed in a football was placed at the bottom portion of the crest.
2011–2012, 2013-2017[]

Stallion FC Changed its crest in 2011. The relatively realistic horse was simplified and stylized. The color scheme was changed to red and gold. A football serves as the letter "O" in the text "Stallion FC" inscribed below the horse.Stallion reverted back to its older logo sometime on or sometime after July 2013 when the merger with Sta. Lucia ended.
Sta. Lucia Stallion FC[]
2012–2013[]

When Stallion FC made a brief merger with an affiliate club, Sta. Lucia FC, the club changed its logo to resemble more of Sta. Lucia FC. The stylized horse is placed below the football in the shield and the banner below shows the text "Stallion FC".
Stallion Laguna FC[]
2017–present[]

The club changed its full name to Stallion FC which featured more black in its color scheme. The horse gained more detail but remained stylized. It is placed at the middle of a circular crest with a black ring. The ring's center is colored with red and black vertical bands. The text "Stallion" is placed at the upper part of the crest and "Laguna FC" at the bottom. The foundation year (2002) and two stars are among the other elements of the seal.
