The service returned to London briefly in 1991, operating one of the first of the new RSL licences before switching to broadcasting via satellite. In 2005, it became an internet station.

In late 2015, the service started broadcasting via some of the small-scale DAB trial platforms. It can be heard in Birmingham, Glasgow & Portsmouth, all in DAB+.
