The channel was acquired by Juan Carlos Ortega at the end of 2009 for a sum of US$9,7 million. By April 2010 the channel's profile changed to aim mainly at the youth. The concept of the logo is similar to the 2000 Canal 13 Chile logo, which was out of use for five years.
