In 1995, TNT fully de-emphasized the “Turner Network Television” identity and identified strictly by its three-letter initialism. The introduction of this logo’s design, a revision of the ovular logo introduced in 1991, coincided with the launch of World Championship Wrestling (WCW)‘s newly-established flagship program WCW Monday Nitro.
