TRT 1 is the flagship channel of the Turkish public radio and TV broadcaster TRT, and Turkey's oldest television channel, having been founded on February 5, 1968.

TRT 1 introduced a new logo on February 1, 2021, its 53rd anniversary - incorporating the recently-introduced TRT corporate logotype (which had been used since 2018). This comes a few months after the rebranding of TRT Haber on September 23, 2020.
