TV3 Denmark was launched on December 31, 1987 as a single channel in Scandinavia and it were originally called Scansat TV3.

1990–1994[]
In 1990, Scansat TV3 was separated into two channels: Scansat TV3 Denmark, as well as Scansat TV3 Sweden and Norway to localize its content as viewers in Danish had difficulties to understand Swedish language, and vice versa.
Viasat TV3 Denmark[]
1994–1999[]
In 1994, Scansat TV3 renamed to Viasat TV3. Eventually, the three channels changed their names and they became: Viasat TV3 Denmark, Viasat TV3 Sweden, and Viasat TV3 Norway and marked the end of Scansat's Scandinavian cooperation channel.

This logo has been used on idents and other on-screen elements since 2013. This became the primary logo in 2014 when the Viasat wordmark was completely removed on-air.
