TV4 is a Swedish television channel. It was launched in September 1990.

TV4 made its debut on 15 September 1990.
1992–1996[]

TV4 started broadcasting terrestrially on 2 March 1992.

TV4 moved into a new building on 13 May 1996. At the same time, the channel launched a new look and an updated logo.
On 15 October 2007, the graphics had to be overhauled as all major Swedish channels switched in 16:9 widescreen presentation. The general theme was kept and the idents were adapted by cutting off the lower and upper part of the image to make them fit in a 16:9 screen.
2012–2016[]
On 13 December 2012, TV4 introduced a new look and gradients were added to the "Circle 4" logo.
2016–2023[]

In 2016 the logo was changed to a lighter shade of red.
2023–present[]

On August 14, 2023, C More was discontinued in favor of TV4 Play in Sweden, while the TV4 logo was changed to a darker shade of red.
