TV4 AB (previously traded as TV4-Gruppen), is the largest commercial TV broadcaster in Sweden. It is owned by the Norwegian media company Schibsted through its subsidiary TV4 Media AB (formerly owned by Swedish telecom company Telia Company and Swedish media conglomerate Bonnier).
Its main competitors are Viasat and Warner Bros. Discovery Sweden, along with SVT, the public TV broadcaster of Sweden.
