TV4 Group (Swedish: TV4-Gruppen) is the largest commercial TV broadcaster in Sweden. It is a subsidiary of Swedish telecom company Telia Company (and formerly by Swedish media conglomerate Bonnier).
Its main competitors are Viasat and Discovery Networks Sweden, along with SVT, the public TV broadcaster of Sweden.

Before 2008, TV4 used the logo of its flagship channel as a corporate logo. As the company name, it used its legal name TV4 AB.
