TV4 Media AB is one of the largest television broadcasters in the Nordic countries, specifically Sweden and Finland, where it owns their largest commercial TV networks (TV4 AB and MTV Oy, respectively). It also owns C More Entertainment, a network of premium TV channels in the Nordic countries.
Bonnier Broadcasting was owned by Swedish media conglomerate Bonnier. However, in July 2018, Bonnier announced the sale of Bonnier Broadcasting to Swedish telecommunications group Telia Company.[1] The acquisition was completed on 2 December 2019 following regulatory approvals.[2] In 2025, the company, alongside MTV in Finland was sold to Schibsted Media.
