TVARK was launched as Television Ark on the 8th of November, 1998.

2000–2003
In 2000, Television Ark was renamed TVARK and the website was featured.
2003–2006
In 2003, the slogan "The Television Museum" was added into the logo.
2006–present
In 2006, TVARK featured a new logo and website design. The URL was formerly www.tv-ark.org.uk, but on August 29, 2018, they moved to www.tvark.org.
In March 2017, the site was taken down temporarily for a major revamp. As of present, TVARK remains off. It has been offline for over a year. It was expected to return not before autumn 2017, but failed to meet the deadline. After missing the entirety of 2018, it is expected to return in the summer of 2019, as revealed on their home page.
