TVN Warner Bros. Discovery is a Polish media and entertainment division of Warner Bros. Discovery. It was founded in 1995 as TVN Sp. z o.o., the broadcaster of TVN, launched in 1997. Throughout its history, it was a majority owned subsidiary of the ITI Group, with Central European Media Enterprises, the SBS Broadcasting Group and the Canal+ Group as its minority shareholders.
In 2015, the TVN Group was acquired by Scripps Networks Interactive, which merged with Discovery, Inc. in 2018, leading to the formation of TVN Discovery Poland, later renamed to the TVN Discovery Group, a division that encompasses both the TVN Group and Discovery Poland. During the 2022 merger of Discovery, Inc. and WarnerMedia, the division was simply known as just the TVN Group, although it was soon renamed to the current name.
TVN Warner Bros. Discovery operates both the local channels of TVN and Polish versions of WBD channels, as well as the Polish branches of Warner Bros. Entertainment, HBO and Turner Broadcasting System. It is one of the three major TV broadcasters in the country, alongside the commercial Polsat and the state-owned TVP.

Central European Media Enterprises left the venture in 1998, leaving the ITI Group as the sole owner of the TVN Group. In 2000, SBS Broadcasting Group bought 33% shares of TVN, but they were bought back by the ITI Group just two years later.
In 2004, TVN Sp. z o.o. was reincorporated into TVN S.A., keeping its trade name. Since 2012, the Canal+ Group was a shareholder of the TVN Group, but sold its stock when the TVN Group was acquired by Scripps Networks Interactive in 2015. Despite TVN's rebrand in March 2024, both the TVN Group and its headquarters continue to use the 1997 logo.
