TVP Kultura is a cultural television channel that it was launched on April 24, 2005. It is the second thematic television channel from Telewizja Polska, the public television broadcaster, after Tylko Muzyka. The channel is dedicated to arts and culture.

Every year, on the anniversary of its establishment, TVP Kultura celebrates its birthday by awarding awards - Gwarancje Kultury - to outstanding creators of the Polish culture.
