TVRI Kanal 3, also known as TVRI Budaya, was a television channel owned by public broadcaster TVRI, specialized in culture and documentary programming. It was launched alongside its sister channel TVRI 4 (now known as TVRI Sport) on 21 December 2010 as part of government plan to introduce digital terrestrial television broadcast in Indonesia, thus becoming one of the first Indonesian digital TV channels.

2010–2019[]
TVRI 3 was launched on 21 December 2010. It was well known for culture programming to the point that it's occasionally referred as TVRI Budaya.
TVRI Kanal 3[]
2019–2021[]
After TVRI launched its new logo, TVRI 3 changed its name into TVRI Kanal 3. In June 2021, Kanal 3 shared the frequency with the international channel TVRI World, before the latter eventually became a full-fledged channel as Kanal 3 was gradually phased out.
