Japanese variant

On April 1, 2014, the orginal TV Asahi Corporation restructured and changed its name to TV Asahi Holdings Corporation, and transitioned into a holding company. TV Asahi's broadcasting operations and the JOEX-DTV call sign were inherited to the new TV Asahi Corporation subsidiary, which was founded on October 15, 2013.
